11 TIPS TO ANTI-STRESS!

AS YOU CAN SEE, we are in the middle of half yearlies, and I am NOT stressed at all :) I know you guys are probably wondering how I do it, well since I am a very nice person, here are some ANTI STRESS tips :D

DISCLAIMER : These tips aren't going to get you super tank marks, or tank marks at all in that sense. You'll probably get a lot below average. BUT THIS LIST IS FOR ANTI–STRESS, not 99.95 ATAR (in other words, STRESS).


1) Well, I don't think this will work for everyone, but what I do, is just stop thinking about school work, and pretend that nothing is due, or there are no exams. And then the morning before that, I will complete my homework or study for the exam. This way, I only stress when I am rushing the work that morning, instead of stressing before that.

2) PROCRASTINATE! And go and do something fun! I mean, who can be stressed when they're doing something they love?

3) EAT! Eating is scientifically proven to reduce stress because when you eat, you are so absorbed into the taste of the food that you forget that you have exams

4 )EXERCISE! Yeah man, go out for a run or something. Its good for you :D

5) THINK ABOUT THIS : I know this lady, and she does facials, and she told me that the reason I had so many pimples on my forehead, was because I stressed too much. Now I don't stress anymore, and the pimples are pretty much all gone! SO DONT STRESS, OR YOU'LL BE UGLY

6) POWERNAP! Sleeping is so good :) And if sleeping isn't possible, you can substitute it with coffee, or apples.

7) HUG PEOPLE :) I'll post about hugs later, but seriously, hugs are like the BEST anti-stress things. SO GO AND HUG EVERYONE :)

8)VISUALISATIONS! Visualise yourself not being stressed, and soon, before you know it, you won't be stressed. Just keep telling yourself that you aren't over and over again. Or you can stick signs around the house 'I am not stressed' and keep reading them until you aren't stressed :)

9)Breathing exercises! Breathe in breathe out. Calm your soul and listen to ocean noises...Breathe in breathe out.

10) SMILE AND BE POSITIVE AND HAPPY AND CONFIDENT AND EMANATE POSITIVE VIBS! *krishna's
